Cancellation Policy

Life happens! Just please be aware that there is a 48 hour cancellation period leading up to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel or make the necessary changes to your appointment before the cancellation period, you will be charged 50% of your originally scheduled service, and there is an 80% cancellation fee for Holiday and Special Event appointments. No-shows are completely unacceptable and will be charged for 80% of the service and you will possibly be blocked from booking in the future. "Appointment Change" example: If you originally book a color service that takes 4+ hours and change your mind after the cancellation period has passed you will be charged 50% of the color service plus the full amount of the service you end up getting done instead.
